"Ted was absolutely wonderful. My original intent was to sell my River Falls house in spring of 2026. Before it was listed, Ted received several requests for showing and two contracts. Eventually we came to agreement on a contract. I had vacated the house and Ted took care of the rest. I had a problem with the ice maker and Ted met with repairman several times to rectify the issue. He is still working on it. I moved the furniture I wanted and Ted made arrangements to have the remaining furniture donated and hauled away. The only work I did was sign papers. Ted had my confidence from the very beginning and I never lost trust. Ted was always dependable and worked out a few minor issues between the buyer and myself.
